Rheni has implemented a Personnel Management Service based on YAWL.
From the Handbook on Business Process Management and Digital Transformation:
“The collection of radar satellite images from spaceborne radar is a complex task. Images need to be ordered in advance, taking satellite trajectories into account. Images then need to be combined in an overlay in order to detect changes on the ground – for example, after an earthquake or a flood. [..] e-GEOS is developing a workflow tool to support image analysts in defining the most effective collection planning. The choice of YAWL was encouraged by another successful application in the domain of data management.”
